Please read before reserving: Property available to family groups only. Non-family, non-chaperoned, high school or college groups are not permitted. In addition, the number of occupants shall not at anytime exceed the maximum limit of 8. Violation of these policies can result in denial of access to the property, cancellation of the reservation, and /or immediate removal from the property without refund.

1. PREMISES –Person reserving this property must be the person checking in, or Owner has the right to refuse occupancy and treat this reservation as a cancellation and retain deposit. The Property must be occupied by the Guest identified on the Lodging Agreement and all occupants of the premises shall be supervised by that Guest for the entire duration of the rental period. Guest agrees that Lodging Agreement may not be assigned or the Property sublet for any reason. Violation of this provision shall be grounds for immediate eviction. Pets Prohibited on premises.

2. PAYMENT – Full deposit of $300 is required to reserve unit. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to check-in date and Guest shall not be entitled to possession unless and until said amount has been paid to Owner. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. at the check-in office indicated, unless otherwise noted.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY – In the event of a cancellation, $300 will be charged if the Property is re-rented for the full amount. If the Property is not re-rented for the full amount, the rental deposit will be forfeited and the full lodging fee is due. All cancellations must be in writing. If Guest has not checked-in within 24 hours of the arrival date, the reservation may be cancelled and the entire deposit forfeited. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, including hurricanes, or for activities beyond control of Owner.
